Our Mardome Trade Rooflight is an extremely high specification roof dome, available with a wide range of features and benefits such as kerbs and fixing options to suit any flat roofing project you may be working on.
Delivered to site in robust packaging to ensure a damage free experience, this sleek, contemporary rooflight unit will be the perfect finishing touch to any roof or room. This dome is a brilliant cost effective method of introducing more natural daylight into your home or garden living space.
Side walls of the Mardome trade roof dome with kerb are designed with a steep slope to allow a larger glazing unit to be fitted to maximise your daylight area to ensure you get the most out of your flat roof skylight.
The structural opening (hole size) that needs to be cut to accommodate the Mardome Trade Kerb Rooflight is equivalent to the size of the roof dome itself. For example a 600x600 dome will require a hole size of 600mm x 600mm.
Please note that the daylight size will be slightly smaller. To work out the daylight size (Size of the opening from the room below) simply take 150mm away from the length and width of the dome. For a 600mm x 600mm rooflight the daylight size is 450mm x 450mm.
The Mardome Trade with Kerb should be installed prior to the waterproofing membrane on your flat roof to ensure the waterproofing membrane can be installed onto the upstand itself to ensure the roof is watertight.
The Mardome dome rooflights are also a curved dome ensuring adequate water run off. The triple-skin construction of our Mardome Trade rooflights results in a center pane U-value of 1.8 W/m²K.
